FEDERICO QUINTEROS
Federico Quinteros is a founding partner of QMTO Law Firm and has broad experience in the area of unfair practices in international trade, as well as Customs Law, MERCOSUR and import and export Special Regulations.
Before founding QMTO Law Firm, Federico Quinteros worked as an associate member at Petersen & Cotter Moine law firm, where he provided legal representation to local and foreign companies in different claims filed against the General Customs Bureau in connection with tax payment and reimbursements, as well as investigations of customs-related violations and crimes at all instances.
Dr. Federico Quinteros continues representing local and foreign clients before the Argentine government in matters in connection with customs and foreign trade before the General Customs Bureau, the Ministry of Economy, the Federal Tax Court and the Argentine legal system.
Furthermore, Dr. Quinteros has broad experience providing legal advice to exporters of hydrocarbons, electrical power suppliers and mining companies, and to insurance companies and banks in connection with customs guarantees.
Federico Quinteros has been invited to participate as a lecturer at binational chambers of commerce and various universities across the country.

IGNACIO MARTÍNEZ TANOIRA
Ignacio Martínez Tanoira is a founding partner of QMTO Law Firm. He has extensive experience representing clients in the area of antidumping, quotas, and safeguards, giving legal advice to both foreign producers and exporters acting as defendants, and Argentine companies acting as claimants.
Before founding QMTO, Ignacio Martínez Tanoira worked as a senior associate in charge of the Customs and Foreign Trade Department at M. & M. Bomchil law firm, where he represented local and foreign companies in various matters in connection with foreign trade, customs, and unfair trade practices.
He has been involved in the proceedings for obtaining authorizations for the import of new and used production lines for motor, dairy, and power supply companies.
Dr. Martínez Tanoira continues representing local and foreign clients before the Argentine government in the area of dumping, unfair trade practices, customs and foreign trade before the General Customs Bureau, the Secretariat of Industry, the National Chamber of Foreign Trade, the Ministry of Economy, the Federal Tax Court and the Argentine legal system.

IGNACIO OLIVERA
Ignacio Olivera is a founding partner of QMTO Law Firm. He is a specialist in matters in connection with goods valuation and classification, and he has achieved successful outcomes for his clients, with many of these proceedings having set precedent.
Before becoming a partner at QMTO, Ignacio Olivera worked as an associate member at Romero Zapiola & Clusellas Abogados law Firm, representing local and foreign companies in their daily foreign trade operations.
He has provided legal advice to various motor and electronics companies in proceedings for obtaining factory and home customs regime, as well as in the authorization of fiscal premises, becoming an acknowledged referent in this matter.
